Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-11

Draft: this text describes how HyperBase works today and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel. It will be replaced by a reviewed version.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of HyperBase (hyperbase.trade), an interface for analysing traders and trading on the Hyperliquid exchange. By connecting a wallet or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use HyperBase.

2. What HyperBase is

HyperBase is non-custodial software. Your funds stay in your own Hyperliquid account at all times; HyperBase never takes custody of them and cannot withdraw them.

To place orders on your behalf, you approve an agent wallet on Hyperliquid: one held by the HyperBase copy engine for copy trading, and one kept in your browser for manual trading. An agent can trade but cannot withdraw, and you can revoke it at any time on Hyperliquid or, for the copy-trading agent, from the Strategies page.

Hyperliquid is a third-party protocol that HyperBase does not operate or control. Its rules, fees, outages and decisions apply to every order.

3. Eligibility and restricted regions

You must be of legal age where you live and allowed to trade derivatives there. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

HyperBase may restrict trading, deposits or new copy strategies in some regions, and may decline service where it reasonably believes it is required to. Using tools to bypass such a restriction breaches these terms.

4. Risks

Perpetual futures are leveraged. Prices can move fast, positions can be liquidated, and you can lose all the funds in your account.

Copy trading repeats another trader’s actions with a delay, at different prices and sizes. Their past results do not predict yours, and a strategy can lose money even when the trader it follows does not. Orders can fail, be skipped or fill with slippage because of market conditions, exchange limits or software faults.

5. Fees

HyperBase charges a builder fee on orders it places for you, of up to the rate you approve on Hyperliquid before the first order. The rate is shown on the page where you approve it, and you can revoke the approval at any time. Hyperliquid’s own trading and funding fees are separate.

6. Your responsibilities

Keep your wallet, devices and browser secure. Anyone with access to your browser can use the trading key stored in it until you revoke it. Check every order and setting before you confirm it.

7. No advice

Trader rankings, statistics, AI analysis and other content are information, not investment, legal or tax advice, and they may be incomplete or wrong. Decisions are yours.

8. Availability and changes

HyperBase is provided as is and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. We may suspend access, pause copy execution or decline orders to protect users or comply with law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, HyperBase is not liable for trading losses, missed or failed orders, or losses caused by Hyperliquid, blockchains, wallets or other third parties.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use HyperBase after a change means you accept it.
