Last updated 2026-10-11

Draft: this text describes how HyperBase works today and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel. It will be replaced by a reviewed version.

1. What we collect

Your wallet address, when you connect and sign in, and a session cookie that keeps you signed in.

What you set up in HyperBase: strategies and their settings, traders you watch and your notes on them, notifications, and the agent wallets you approve.

Technical data: the IP address and browser (user agent) of each sign-in are stored with your session, and our hosting providers process request logs to serve the site. We use the country derived from your IP address to apply regional restrictions.

2. What we never collect

Your wallet’s private key or seed phrase. We do not ask for your name, email or identity documents.

The trading key for manual trading is created and stored in your browser and never sent to us. The copy-trading agent key is encrypted so that only the copy engine can use it.

3. Public blockchain data

Hyperliquid accounts, positions and trades are public. HyperBase reads and displays them, including for addresses other than yours. This data is public by the nature of the exchange, not because of HyperBase.

4. How we use data

To run the service: sign you in, execute and report on your strategies, send you notifications, apply regional restrictions, prevent abuse and fix problems. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

5. Who processes it

Cloud hosting and database providers that run HyperBase; an AI model provider that analyses strategy and market data for AI features; and, when you connect a wallet, the wallet-connection services (WalletConnect / Reown, Coinbase Wallet) and public blockchain RPC providers that relay requests from your browser. They process data only to provide those services.

6. Stored in your browser

Display preferences (theme, colours, time zone), pinned markets, your wallet connection and the manual-trading key are kept in your browser’s storage; the language comes from the page address, not from storage. Clearing your browser data removes them; revoke the trading key on Hyperliquid as well.

7. Retention and your choices

We keep account data while you use HyperBase and as long as needed for the purposes above or required by law. You can stop strategies and revoke agent wallets at any time, and ask us to delete your HyperBase data. Public on-chain data cannot be deleted.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.

HyperBase — market data from the public Hyperliquid APINot affiliated with Hyperliquid. Trading involves risk.
